LOS ANGELES COMMUNIT Y COLLEGE DISTRICT 13 Los Angeles Pierce College Sitting on 425 acres in the western San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles Pierce College (LAPC) has been a cornerstone of the community for more than 70 years.
